Craig Tieman honed his expertise during 20 years in automotive product development for Delphi Automotive. He launched the Delphi Connect aftermarket automotive telematics solution through Verizon Wireless. He developed Blue Eclipse’s intellectual property.

COO
Steve Dierckes is a former CPA, CFO and COO with analytical and logic capabilities. He built extensive experience in “challenged” companies – turnarounds, difficult scale/growth, startups. He has also worked extensively in both operations and technology applications, and is trained and certified in Lean Six Sigma and Agile.

Commercial Development and Board Member
Robert Brockman has an impressive array of skills developed over 35 years as a former purchasing and manufacturing manager and director of global technology alliances at Delphi Automotive. He has negotiated over 100 international agreements.

Platform & Mobile Software Lead
Rabeel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with three degrees and has been part of cyber security, desktop, web and mobile app development projects for the last two and a half years.
Yameen Malik
Machine Learning Lead
Yameen graduated Valedictorian from the National University of Computer & Emerging Sciences (Pakistan) and has written ML algorithms for 25+ projects over the last 7 years. He has also co-authored 6 publications on novel algorithms for deep learning, ML, and computer vision.
Zohaib Khan
Platform Architecture Lead
Zohaib has over 8 years of experience developing secure and scalable back-end infrastructures, recently for cloud based IoT-enabled devices. He has 4+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer working on Symantec’s CloudSOC.

Saif has over 4 years of experience developing more than 20 secure and scalable mobile applications. He has helped companies like Leadcarrot.io, Interreserve & Alliedplatforms build secure business applications. He also actively contributes to the open source community.
Kulsoom Malik
iOS Development Lead
Kulsoom has 2 years of experience developing small to enterprise level iOS applications. Having starting as a backend developer, she has worked on numerous server side applications. She also enjoys research and recently authored a paper on using twitter data for Social Network Analysis, which is to be submitted for approval.
Junaid Wahid
Machine Learning Engineer
Junaid has experience working as a data scientist at Alfalah Bank on many projects like National ID number validation using image processing, Recommendation systems, User-Segmentation, User-behavior similarity and Advertisement tag matching. He also has extensive experience working on Anomaly detection in video and object detection challenges in computer vision and deep learning. Junaid has also won several Hackathons and Data Science competitions.
